VELOX to Offer Lubrizols Specialty TPUs for Adhesives & more Under New Distribution Partnership

CLEVELAND and BARCELONA, Spain -- Lubrizol Advanced Materials M.S. S.L. (FKA Merquinsa) announces a new distribution partnership with VELOX GmbH for its Merquinsa legacy TPU technologies. VELOX is a well-established distributor of raw material specialities for the plastics, composites, rubber, paints and coatings industries across Europe. VELOX will offer Lubrizols specialty thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) trademarks Pearlthane, Pearlcoat, Pearlbond and Pearlstick for adhesives, injection molding, extrusion and compounding applications in France, U.K., Ireland, Benelux, Italy*, Turkey, Czech Republic, Romania, Poland and other Central and Eastern European markets.

VELOX and Lubrizol have successfully been cooperating for the last 12 years, VELOX currently being the distributor for Lubrizols brands Estane TPU, EstalocTM RETPU and Isoplast ETP (hard and high flexural modulus polyurethane engineering resins).

As a trusted partner, VELOX GmbH has been representing engineering plastics producers in the chemical industry for more than 20 years. Lubrizol Engineered Polymers specialty TPU resins can be bio-based**, recyclable***, light stable and optical clear (aliphatic) fast cycling, high-performance polycaprolactone copolyester- or copolymer-based specialties for industrial, automotive, electronics and sports and recreation markets and applications.
